Aspiring Ballerina

In case anybody was wondering what I do in my spare time... I give wonderful dance lesson 2 sometimes 3 nights a week! To the best student. The beautiful ballerina is Breeana Jean Hayes. She is quite the dedicated student. She picks up the choreography like a pro! I have provided video of her doing her best dance!!! This is how a boring American Idol turns out around here!!!

Ok I promised Sleep over pics

Well I've been promising to post these. So here they are!!!! Bree loves to paint her nails, Jump on the bed and watch Pueblo. at Nane and Ashwely's house!

This was the after effect. I bet Shane will want to kill me but I thought this was too funny b/c they are sleeping almost the same way! Niece like Uncle I guess. anyway I thought I would just show some of the fun times we have been having. Also I would like to congratulate her on using the potty! Yay Breezy!

Day 3

Well Day three was actually Wednesday but I've been to tired to type. :) It was another early morning! I think I figured out why I got married so I never have to load bags lol!!! I had to load all the stuff! then off to class. I went to a class called resisting challenges. I was surprised to learn how tolerant our society has become to taboo topics. I learned that why most people feel homosexuality is wrong they still wouldn't want it pulled from the shelf. I just thought that this was a interesting thing to learn about. If I asked any of you the Question " There is a book written by and about a homosexual would you want it removed?" some people would say yes but never take the time to actually go through with the action this was another thing I learned. Not saying that either way is right or wrong we all have freedoms. I just worry for my imaginary not yet conceived children how tolerant the world will be for them. So yeah some really not fun stuff! :) but anyway it just was a little thought provoking is all. Hope all of you have a great weekend.

Day 2

Well it's day 2 one day left. I'm having fun but I'm so ready to see Shane. We have got to eat at all my favorite places so that's been one of my favorite things. plus all the freebies. I got three free books. So exciting!!!! We got to eat at speedy's tonight which is one of my favorite places in Tulsa to eat. I have to tell u a funny story. Terry one of my co-workers had a class that was held off site. So I was taking her to class and as I was walking out of the building a lady stopped me and said I'm glad I finally found were the class was, and could I tell her where it was? Mind you I had nothing on that identified me as a librarian. So I what I found that was funny about this is apparently I look like a librarian which I found to be a bit scary:P

Day 1

Well today was day one of OLA it hasn't been real eventful for me b/c I was done by ll:00 but Terry was in class til 3:00 so she had a much longer day. We're looking forward to tomorrow b/c we will be a lot more busy. I got to meet the Author Pricilla Cummings. So far so good! Hope all is well with everyone I'll let you know how tomorrow goes... Fun! Fun! Fun!

Hope all is well, I couldn't post yesterday I was at the city for another Workshop. I was exhausted when I got home. Can't wait to see who goes home on Idol tonight though.



Let me just tell you about this picture. If you can see by our faces Bree thought what she just did was pretty dang funny. O it was funny alright and pretty ornery. She proceed to lick my entire face. and of course her uncle nane thought this was hilarious. So he had her licking my nose my mouth. I think this particular time she had just licked my face for like five seconds. In case you didn't get my earlier post. you may not know but i don't do saliva very well so needless to say Bree thought this was so funny to gross Aunt Ashley out!!!!

New Week

Well This weekend was pretty normal. Last night we played dice and Bree was having a good time she is getting so big. we were remembering that we would play cards and stuff since she was itty bitty. Now we'll have a new one to contend with. :) I was hoping I could ask for you to remember Shane and I in your prayers for an unspoken reason. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Finally Friday!!!

I'm so glad that it's friday. I'm feeling better today atleast. My nose is the one that is sick now b/c I've blowed it so much! Did anyone catch American Idol last night. I was so shocked to see them sing MY Jesus!! Our God still is working!!!! I was so shocked to see Michel Johns get Kicked off. I thought for sure it would be boring Syeshia. Who knows. Well nothing really fun this weekend. Going to miss Woodward. That should be a fun night out!

Sick again :(

Ok is anyone else completely tired of being sick? Well I am I started running fever yesterday and haven't felt good since. I'm just ready for summer and for all this sickness stuff to be over!!! That's really all I have to post today b/c I've just been in the recliner all day b/c well I've been sick!!

I love my niece!

I was over at Tish's house last night helping paint. Actually Brenda and Tisha had it almost done I just cut in the top of the walls. Never the less I was there. Then we watched dancing with the stars and as I was leaving I said do you want to go bye bye in Ashley's Truck! and for the first time she said I go in truck and was ready to go with me. It was so cool I was like she really likes me :) lol! So we got pj's on and juicey cuppy and binky. We said our goodbyes. She even Said bye Tisha it was cute then we were off to uncle nane and ent Ashley Mae's. We had a fun filled evening which included jumping on my bed for an hour and now my arms hurt from throwing her. Painting her fingernails for the first time. She actually set really still I was impressed. It was fun and she even slept in til 9:30 for me. So it was a fun night with Breezy.

Surviving Monday

I'm sure everybody thinks this that the weekends are just never long enough! I had a great time with my mom and sister and grandma. I wish they didn't have to leave. We went to the Woodward Farm show it was interesting. not much to see but got us out of the house for an hour or so. We played farckle a fun dice game that I'm not to good at. Now I'm back at work tired and ready for the next weekend! Hope everybody had a good weekend.

So excited!!

I'm so excited that my mom, sister and grandma are coming. I love getting to spend time with them and I like that come to my town to be with me. I like going to see them in Tulsa to, but when they come here it's like there apart of my new life and not just my life that was in Tulsa. I know that probably sounds weird but it's the only way I know how to put it. I'm sure we'll have to go shopping or something. So ne way I'm just really excited that they'll be here soon. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Shanes coming home

Well Shane is finally coming home I have missed him so much. I'm so glad that he is my husband I'm so lucky to be married to such a wonderful hard working man. He spoils me to no end and I miss him when he is gone. So anyway I'm glad my honey is coming home. Our wedding reception Oct. 1, 2005

Who said being a librarian is boring!

Today I had another workshop but this one was really really fun. It was a gaming workshop. Yes librarians do video games it a way to reach people who normally don't come to the library it's all in a hard days work! :) This is the youth service librarian from ODL (Oklahoma Department of Libraries) showing them how to use rock band.

Up to Early!!!

Well it's 9:21 and I'm in Oklahoma City!! I had to get up at 5:30 A.M.!!!! I know my alarm clock doesn't even have that hour on it. It is very rare that I even see that time of day b/c well I really enjoy sleep ;) I'm going to be learning about photo shop. Which should pretty cool and useful!! You should check out Tisha blog b/c I'm looking way cute shopping with breezy j/k. Really you can see my large rear end :). Shane left me again yesterday but just til Thurs. this time. I'm really missing him being gone. I think sometimes I take for granted that he'll be there every night. So I guess I really do love him. Which I guess is a good thing since I'm going to have be married to him for next million years or so. according to Barbara Walters we can live to 150 now!! wow I know what your thinking who would want to live that long and certainly not me but if I'm going to have to married for him that long its a good thing that I like him!!! Maybe I'll post later to tell how exciting this workshop is!!!
